Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

· Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.

· Involved in tender preparation and participation

· Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission

· Preparing payment claims, verifying payment to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to contract are captured and tracking VOs

· Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.

· Other ad hoc duties from time to time

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in QS works in Singapore construction firm. (Kindly Provide project type and experience in your resume)

· Independent and committed

· Good communication and coordination skills

Working hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Friday), 9.00am - 1.00pm (Alternate Saturday)

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and compile data as requested.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Description:

· To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.

· Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

· Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc

· Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

· Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

· Check and supervise direct labour / workers

Job Requirements:

· Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.

· Able to read drawings will be an added advantages.

· Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving Licence
