Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for PC, server, network and system infrastructure to company’s local office as well as overseas offices.
• Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools
• Responsible for the infrastructure setup, administration and maintenance
• Spotting inefficiencies in an organization’s computer network and making recommendations to address weaknesses.
• Monitor and perform proper remedy actions to ensure the stability, reliability, security and performance improvement of the whole infrastructure.
• Manage system storage, backup and restore operation
• Perform feasibility study on market solutions and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain documentation.
• Migrate email server to MS365 & Setup Outlook using O365.

The qualifications & experience required are as follows:

• Recognized degree/diploma or equivalent in Information Technology
• Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in system & network administration, IT administration, users permissions etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (with Chinese would be a credit)
• Able to work well independently
• Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to install, configure and maintain system/network services, equipment and devices, provide system/network support and request, investigate, troubleshoot issues and provide resolution, i.e. including managing user accounts and access
• Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls
• Able to perform network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, and related administration tasks
• Able to administer anti-virus, anti-spam and network security system
• Experience with implementing the network devices hardening requirements
• Relevant experience in monitoring and reviewing performance of network and ability to perform capacity planning
• Certifications in CCNA and or CCNP would be beneficial
• Prior experience of using NAV or MicroSoft Business Central, experience of migrating to and maintaining M365 accounts would be a benefit.

Duties to Be Performed:

Project Manager – Mechanical Systems will work on designing and delivering mechanical systems for industrial properties in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. The mechanical systems include Cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire water, and associated ducts and pipe works. The Duties/ Responsibilities of the Prospective Candidate are,

• Responsible for Concept / Basic / Detail design for Mechanical systems inclusive of Cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire water, and associated ducts and pipe works

• Engineering design of Cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire water, and associated ducts and pipe works for new/ existing production building

• Conduct feasibility study and conceptual design of Mechanical Systems throughout all technological aspects

• Review of Cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire water, and associated ducts and pipe works in preparation for testing and commissioning and validation

• Coordination and engineering in regards of R&D Equipment requirements

• Provision of engineering service for tendering, conduct site show round and brief bidders

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Clearly define and align inter-discipline technical interfaces and scope demarcation

• Work with CAD drafters and BIM modeler to guide, check and carry out field verification with them.

• Prepare SOW (Scope of work) for bid package, including BOM for form of tender.

• Calculate system OSE (Operating System Efficiency) of chilled water system to meet MEES requirements.

• Frictional loss calculation for fan and pump head and estimation of power requirements.

• Perform psychrometric analysis on system design

• Trouble shooting of design and construction related problems and develop solutions accordingly

• To promote safe working practices and to protect the health and well-being of Employees, contractors and Customers.

• Liaising with QA / QC Engineers to ensure they are aligned with the requirements of the specification.

Job / Skills Requirement:

You should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical. You should have sound experience in mechanical systems in designing and installation works related to semiconductors, biopharma, laboratories, data centers, or process buildings.

You should be familiar with both Singapore and Malaysia’s latest codes, standards, guidelines, regulations, and authorities requirements. Your familiarity with available equipment, modern technology, construction methods, and CAD/ BIM is an added advantage.

You should be able to advise clients and engineers on project execution, supervising progress, and quality of work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the HOD and manager in achieving service goals, targets, and department KPIs.
• Play a vital role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medical equipment by developing and implementing programs that minimize disruptions to operations and guarantee equipment functionality.
• Manage maintenance agreements with vendors for the servicing and preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
• Prepare medical equipment specifications for tender, evaluate tender submissions, and provide recommendations based on technical compliance.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant to hospital staff, guiding them in defining and evaluating their medical equipment needs.
• Educate and train hospital personnel on the proper handling of medical equipment, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills for optimal use.
• Provide leadership and coordination for the medical equipment management team, overseeing tasks such as commissioning, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and decommissioning.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital, and operating budgets for the department.
• Ensure BME work activities conform to standards and work practices that the hospital subscribes to - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, JCI, etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic or Electro-mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant industry (healthcare) experience with 3-5 years experience in a similar role

Job Description:

• Design and develop the overall water and wastewater treatment (organic and inorganic) plant during the pre-sales and engineering stage.
• Adequate experience on water and wastewater treatment, membrane water treatment. Experience in handling tender stage and detail engineering stage for the process and mechanical aspects. Assist in equipment and components selection.
• Familiar with design calculations, projections for RO and pre-treatment, process flow diagram (PFD), process & instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and general arrangement drawings.
• Familiar with Water / Wastewater treatment project execution, experience in HAZOP study requirement and procedure.
• Ensure compliance of flow & quality, optimize the process in terms of reliability and costs of chemicals & power, elaborate the relevant follow up and reporting of the process, analyse any technical issues, propose solutions, follow up and analyse tests for improvement of the process.
• Involved in testing and commissioning activities and providing the necessary support to the commissioning team.
• Provide technical presentation to the customers.
• Assist in developing operation and maintenance documents. Developing Control Philosophy and control write out.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental, Mechanical or related engineering fields.
• Min 5 years work experience.
• Able to communicate with various level of people.
• Good in verbal and written English.
