IN-CYPHER is comprised of four interacting themes, spanning the design of intelligent medical devices through to the use of their data in informing personalised healthcare. Given the span of the IN-CYPHER programme, we are seeking up to 4 motivated research engineers to join the IN-CYPHER programme. Unique in its scope, we are developing technologies that span embedded systems, and the protocols used to control and communicate sensitive patient information, all the way up to interventional devices and systems for personalised healthcare.

Job Summary:

Responsible for ground-mounted and floating solar farms, as well as O&M activities for distributed generation assets including the implementation of initiatives to improve performance and standardize best practice in O&M activities and processes, ensuring the highest quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of ground-mounted and floating solar farms and all other Distributed Generation Plants; understanding its conditions and periodic evolution for possible areas of improvement.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure all systems are operating within expected conditions.
• Provide data for the preparation of the budget for O&M activities, with the objective to maximize the profitability of the asset.
• Conduct technical reporting of plants' key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare HSE and related documents for work execution.
• Coordinate and Implement O&M Procedures and Maintenance standard plans with Service contractors and ensure the implementation on site, to guarantee the maximum efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the assets according to EDPR standards.
• Liaise, manage and coordinate with HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely work completion.
• Manage O&M inventory to ensure key equipment and materials are available.
• Manage equipment warranties.
• Oversee contractual obligations and ensure adherence.
• Fulfil the maintenance policies set by the management of all assets to achieve the objectives and optimize the cost-benefit balance.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality checks on ongoing projects to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed projects.
• Continuous engagement with the relevant local authorities and Energy operators.

Requirements (qualification & knowledge):

• At least 3 years of experience in solar PV industry
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
• Driving Licence
• Willingness to work in an outdoor environment and perform office duties
• Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence

Technical Skills:

• Specific knowledge on solar PV technology, cost-benefit analysis, maintenance techniques, flow analysis, energy market regulator and monitoring operating parameters.
• Relevant operation and maintenance experience in the region, either with established large scale energy producers or contractors in renewables
• Understanding of battery storage systems will be an added advantage.
• Work at height certification and relevant safety certificates.

The Department

Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. Main Responsibilities

As part of the IS Strategy the Principal Engineering Architect coordinates the elaboration of the IS Strategy, in partnership with the Head of IT Division and the Head of division. You ensure its consistency with the global CMI and GMD IS Strategy and its execution within CMI – led by CMI Architecture Team.

To reach this objective, you chair the Technical Community, composed of the Technical leaders of his IT Division. You will be contributing to CMI technical strategy definition as well as technical foundations. You identify your division’s technical needs and requirements, ensures they are addressed/covered by technical foundations (when relevant) and contributes to market watch / experimentations.

You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

· At least 12+ years of experience in Information Technology arena with demonstrated experience around strategic planning, enterprise architecture preferably in banking & financial services, risk management and software engineering.

· Experienced in leading technical design from inception to proof of concept

· Good knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.

· A strong understanding of latest programming languages including Python, Java, Rust and Go

· Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong fundamentals in complexity analysis

· Experience in platform and/or product definition, operating model and change management

· Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow & debug even
