OBJECTIVES (GOALS)

A Master Scheduler plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex schedules and ensuring efficient operations within an organization. You will responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES

· Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability.

· Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and milestones.

· Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.

· Regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.

• Responsible for leading the software development in R&D centre and co-innovation with customers

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field.

• Solid understanding of deck machinery, including winches, cranes, lifting and handling equipment, as well as familiarity with IACS rules and regulations (especially ABS, DNV, BV).
• Specific experience in WTW systems (Offshore Passenger Transfer System) is an advantage.
