JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Manage a variety of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities to ensure that the organisation complies with external regulations and standards.

• Develops, plans, organizes and manages the HSE Program for major projects

• Monitor and evaluate the organisation’s overall HSE performance to identify recurring problem; research, evaluate and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems or processes that will improve the organisation’s HSE performance

• Keep up-to-date with proposed and actual changes in HSE regulations.

• Ensure that work conditions meet the HSE requirements and programs in place.

• Plan and coordinate the training and certification of personnel for safety.

• Coordinates and assures compliance with the Risk Assessment Processes.

• Provides assistance to the site work process with safety planning and incident prevention.

• Evaluating and reviewing sub-con safety program and procedure on site compliance.

• Functions as an integral part of the Construction Team. Assist in safety audits and safety evaluation process.

• Assist in conducting weekly safety meetings.

• Attend safety/construction meetings and site inspection.

• Know internal and external accident reporting requirements. Prompt and efficiency on handling of incident and accident investigation.

• Maintaining and completion of project HSE reports and documentation.

• Collection, compilation, and reporting of HSE statistics for the project.

• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Prepare Daily Reports and Production Report;

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least LCCI or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Good written and communication skill
• Be meticulous in work and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Carrry out preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical doors system. Physical hand-on works including night works when MRT stations are closed. Able to read, understand and write servicing report. Able to understand and pass training course by client to carry out works on train tracks. A team player of 3 or 4 man working per job lead by Engineer or Supervisor to work safely and as per requirement.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating CAD drawings and diagrams for electrical circuits.

· Assist in various designed system products and prototypes assembling, setting & testing.

· Assist in debugging and troubleshooting system.

· Assist in documenting project details, including CAD drawings, BOM, operational manuals, and etc.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Nitec or equivalent in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Mechantronics)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare all administration duties related to HR issues (eg. letter of appointment, confirmation, year-end appraisal exercise)
• Maintain and prepare for all immigration related issues such as apply / renew / terminate of Employment Pass, S Pass and Dependent Pass
• Maintain, prepare and process payroll duties, including preparation of job-costing allocation and reconcialiation for cross-department submission
• Submit with regulatory submissions (eg., IRAS, CPF, Mindef, Childcare Leave claim etc)
• Orientate and brief new employees on company policy
• Responsible to check for Daily / Monthly Workers payroll related issues
• Assist in Yearly Internal and External audit process
• Prepare monthly HR report as when necessary
• Arrange and organize company’s event (eg. birthday party, year-end dinner, etc)
• Assist in performing various HR related duties carried out by the HR Manager

Job Requirements:

• 5 years Construction sector Payroll processing experience
• Preferable with minimum manual payroll processing experience
• Preferable with Info-Tech payroll software knowledge
