• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related field may also be considered based on relevant experience and skills.

• Familiarity with QA/QC process, tools and techniques.
• Knowledge in Industry Standards.
• Knowledge in BIM is an added advantage.

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately

• Taking off quantity for tender

• Final account preparation

• Monthly progress claim

• Certification of sub-contract works

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors

• All other related works

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University

• Min 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience

• Good working knowledge in Residential projects, Building & M & E

• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations

• Able to handle take-off, tender etc

13. Assisting with payroll preparation
14. Update and ensure that all invoices and expenses are reviewed and approved for processing
15. Manage office equipment, supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring timely purchase and replenishments.
16. Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
17. Available to start immediately.
