Devising strategies to address specific problems. Specific to your role, your work will encompass the responsibilities of handing resources to enable the timely development of Quality Program for the network. Managing the respective Quality programs that will make FE Quality a success. As a solution provider, you will work with SMEs to identify their needs and to develop and implement reporting dashboard and data structure to meet their requirements for quality improvement. • Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly Progress Claims and PM Reports
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.

Scope

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop cost estimates for tender and project, considering project specifications, prevailing market rates, and labor costs.
• Contract Administration: Prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework.
• Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and/or consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

• Degree for Quantity Surveying or equivalent / Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services
• Knowledge in modern modelling take off software is an added advantage
