Duties:

- Planning and execution of project plans at construction site

- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing

- Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.

- Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission

- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers

- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule

- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget

- Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager

- Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given

- Make sure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.

- Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep a updates copy in site office and head office

- Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.

- Any other adhoc duties assigned by Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently carry out design safety philosophy, HSE Plan, and specifications for fire protection systems (Active and Passive), HFE, etc.
• Participate in process hazard reviews and analysis, including HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies, and be responsible for action close-outs.
• Lead/Chair the HAZOP/HAZID/SIL workshops, if required.
• Review third party safety studies, including FERA, dispersion analysis, EERA, ESSA, dropped objects study, QRA studies, etc. (not limited to). Capable of independently carrying out similar safety studies, as required.
• Independently design active and passive fire protection systems and prepare Hazardous/H2S Area Classification documentation, safety and fire fighting layouts, escape route and lifesaving equipment layout, and other safety drawings.
• Carry out safety critical elements performance standards, RAM, fire and gas detection mapping, etc., based on project requirements.
• Act as Package Engineer for safety and firefighting equipment.
• Manage and guide Junior/Senior Engineers and Designers on Concept/FEED/Detailed Engineering projects.
• Provide health and environmental inputs (including health risk assessments such as chemical exposure, noise and lighting, Ergonomics/Human Factors Engineering, environmental impact assessments, etc.) to projects.
• Interface/Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and clients, and take the lead in resolving technical matters related to safety aspects.
• Deliver project safety deliverables as per the project schedule.
• Provide inputs and support to projects in all safety aspects, including progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 22 years of relevant design engineering experience.
• Good HSE Engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, in process safety/technical safety, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Lead position on similar projects.
• Involvement in design projects for offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and onshore (Refineries, LNG facilities, Storage terminals, etc.).
• Experience in a minimum number of offshore projects (FPSO/Platforms).
• Good knowledge of oil and gas process facilities, local and international process safety codes and standards, and regulatory/marine codes and standards (MODU, SOLAS, DNV/Lloyds Register).
• Hands-on experience in plot plan review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification/verification, and other safety reviews (e.g., SIMOPS, ALARP).
• Good working knowledge of PIPENET Vision, Flaresim, and other consequence modeling software such as DNV PHAST, etc.
• Ability to influence designs to achieve optimal HSE outcomes.
• A team player with leadership potential and proactive inter-discipline communication skills.

2. To polish product by metal scrapper, compressed air tools or stone grinders.
3. To perform washing of product or part after polishing.

Job Description:

1. To perform packing of goods accordingly to work instructions/shipment requirement.

2. To perform and control store general admin data entries and ensure proper store admin duties (if any requirement) of (Standard Operations Procedure- SOP).

3. To receive daily in-coming goods/stock and perform all inventory management include all inventory/stock data entries.

4. To assist in store administrative duties and general paper filing includes store general packing duties.

5. To assist superior in any ad-hoc store general admin from time to time.

Requirements:

Min. Primary/Secondary level with computer literacy (Microsoft office).

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the workpiece.
2. To perform machine code programming.
3. To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
4. Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
5. Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining process if required.
6. To trouble shoot on dimensions non-conformance and provide corrective action and remedy

Competence Requirement

· Preferred to have NTC/ Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering.

• Having 2 years of related experiences in related field is required for non-technical applicant.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and having machining knowledge.

Responsibilies:

1. Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
2. Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
3. Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
4. Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
5. Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.
6. Prepare and release job orders/purchase requisition to various departments.
7. Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery.
8. Provide regular updates on project development timely.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to interpret technical drawing and computer literate.

• Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.
