Job duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the Production Division in formulating and implementing production business plans to achieve the company goals and objectives.
• Manage and promote the company’s core values, business objectives, and targets, including the development of supporting personnel and features for the continued growth of the company.
• Induct, train, coach, and develop human resource and succession planning for the division.
• Participate and contribute actively either as the chairman or as a member of the various committees of the company or any other company-wide gathering.

• Oversee the development of production indicators, man-hour standards, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Act on behalf of the COO in his absence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering maintenance services
• Possess strong leadership and organisational qualities.
• Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower

• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS

• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

This project will be on recycling of spent lithium ion batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scoping studies on recycling of lithium- ion batteries and circular economy potential in Singapore
• Experimental techniques for upcycling metals
• Synthesis and characterization of battery materials and fabrication. Precipitation, characterization and purity analysis of products by various characterization techniques
• Carry out optimization of the equipment and SOP of various processes for batteries
• Prototyping activities including proof of concept demonstration of successful processes
• Responsible for project goals, deliverables, and objectives of the company project
• Preparing and delivering Meeting presentations, notes, updates, and reports as per the request of the project

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related disciplines.

• Synthesis of new cathode and anode materials for batteries
• Wide knowledge of different synthesis methodology for various materials
• Expertise in materials characterization techniques including ICP-OES, XRD, SEM, TEM, spectroscopic techniques,
