Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with BIM team to get the CSD model ready for approval and construction by the consultant/client’s representatives
• Study, coordinate and review BIM model are in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines within the purview of MEP incorporating into the civil / structural and architectural.
• Prepare and manage the documentation and submittals related to CSD
• Understand of subcontractor's contract drawings/documents and have clear understanding of scope of works as per contract requirement.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
• Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings submission and approval
• Attend site walk when required to resolve M&E coordination issues on site.
• Facilitate drawings for MEP inspections if required
• Take lead in as-built drawings and submission of O&M.
• To attend sub-con meetings and technical meetings for MEP related matters when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination and BIM/VDC will be an advantage.
• Willing to work at West Area.
• Familiar with Autocad & Revit with min 7 years or more experience as M&E

• Managing the recruitment and work pass process, insurances, dormitory arrangement.
• Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of monthly payroll, CPF submission and Income Tax clearance
• Support current and future business needs, ensure legal compliance throughout manpower management
• Work closely with the General Manager to monitor day to day businesses and able to handle tasks assigned by the GM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts (overseas) and compliance matters;
• Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients;
• In charge of all account’s payables and receivables;
• Liaise with subsidiary’s accounts team (overseas).
• Assist in preparation of yearly audits;
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned

Job Requirement:

• At least 1-2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related filed.
• Must be able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• Vietnamese language is an added advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
