ACMV Design/Site Engineer - Job Description

1. System Design: Create and optimise air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including load calculations and equipment selection.

ACMV Engineer Minimum Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a diploma with extensive experience may be considered.

2. Professional Accreditation: Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore; Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) is advantageous.

3. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or ACMV design, preferably within Singapore.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP); strong understanding of Singapore's SS 553, SS 530, and SS 531 standards.

Job Title: Procurement Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Sourcing & RFQs:Source potential suppliers in line with project specifications. Send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and evaluate responses.
2. Vendor Management:Evaluate new and existing suppliers for inclusion in the Approved Vendor List (AVL). Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and requirements.
3. Negotiations & Purchase Orders:Perform negotiations with shortlisted suppliers to obtain the best price while ensuring timely delivery. 5. Vendor Training & Product Presentation:Organize training sessions and product presentations from vendors to ensure project teams are informed of key product specifications and details.
6. Delivery & Expediting:Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment from vendors. Assist in expediting deliveries when required and coordinate with Finance for invoice-related issues.
7. Return & Replacement:Coordinate with vendors for returns or replacements of defective materials. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) for replacements, as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Role Responsibilities

To manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models in all projects assigned with minimal supervision. He/ She must be able to carry out HVAC/piping, equipment, pumps, dryer, filter & valves related drawings will be added advantages.

• To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Project or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and that the drawing submission schedule is achieved.

Experience / Skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Probation period fully on site
thereafter, on site Mon, Tue and Fri

Flexi Dollars: $700 per year (medical, dental, optical claims)

• Match purchase orders to invoices and perform invoice entry into ERP.
• Process payments through receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Identify and flag out any irregularities detected during invoice processing.
• Record expenses to accounts and cost centers based on the invoice nature.
• Perform weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees.
• Perform supplier reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Filing documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation for payment.
• Prepare audit sheet schedules.
• Attend to supplier’s inquiries.
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting
• Must have at least 1 year of accounts payable/general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in relevant ERP systems - AX Dynamics system and MS Office.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail, good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably staying in the west
