The successful candidate will be supporting secretarial duties for the Line of Business General Manager, including Line of Business activities
Be Part of Our Success
- Managing calendar of Line of Business General Manager
- Serves as the contact point between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and confirm meeting details, including agendas, attendees
- Record accurate and concise meeting minutes capturing key discussions, decisions and key action items
- Handle travel requests and claims submission for LOB GM, coordinating flight reservations and accommodations
- Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently and in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Lead and manage a team of Executive admins supporting business units within Line of Business
- Maintain high confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion
- Work with the team to organize and co-ordinate Line of Business engagement activities/events
- Provide miscellaneous support as needed, and other adhoc tasks
Qualities We Value
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience as an executive secretary, supporting senior-level management will be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
- Strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders to socialize arrangements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
