Organized and detail-focused individual to assist with the transition of procurement operations into the ERP system. This role involves converting current Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into digital Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting the creation and management of part numbers in the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

• Enter and convert existing PRs into digital POs within the ERP system.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and aligned with procurement standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of converted PRs and POs.

Part Number Creation:

• Assist in the creation and verification of part numbers in the ERP system.
• Ensure correct categorization and formatting of part numbers as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to validate part descriptions and specifications.

Record Maintenance:

• Update procurement records and ensure consistency between physical and digital files.
