• The secondary role includes developing technical plans, sections, details, and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
• Accountable for the fluent/organized presentation, content correctness/accuracy of shop drawings production in form, fit, and function through thorough coordinates with other trades and services in 2D/ 3D submission.
• Responsible for ensuring full compliance with the company’s Shop Drawings Standard Operation Procedure, including adherence to design provision/scope of work according to contractual obligations.
• Generate a clash report based on the Matrix provided
• Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and perform the work tasks assigned.

Experience / Skills

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in space planning, and design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business.
• Having good knowledge of software such as Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in Isometric drawings, LOD 350, and Plant 3D will be added advantages
• Good planning skills in managing modeling and drafting work.
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of QA/QC function of project for all the discipline such as piping, structure, tankage, HVAC in oil & gas/ building project.
• Review and update QMS.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
• Coordinate with the client’s representative on all quality matters.
• Participate in the quality internal and external audits.
• Review and update ITP as per project specification.
• Assign QA/QC inspector to dedicated project and monitor the inspector performance.
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
• Root cause analysis on quality related issue and propose the preventive measure action.
• Report any non-conformance (NC) and issue corrective action request (CAR) where necessary.
• Liaise with NDT Company to support project team.
• Audit and manage sub-contractor quality matter.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled handover for final project documentation.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in QA/QC and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Possess Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
• Well versed in Universal Standard codes such as ASME / API / AWS / NACE & DSEN.

• Design and develop industrial processes to improve efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules in engineering, fabrication, construction or EPC projects in conjunction with the project team,
• Track and report progress against the plan,
• Develop detailed work plan, activities and tasks,
• Prepare and update look-ahead schedules and delay mitigation plans,
• Prepare and update project schedule and resource loading in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project,
• Identify and estimate resource needs for manpower, materials and equipment,
• Prepare and present regular internal and external progress reports for management,
• Highlight to project team on issues causing delay to project completion,
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Chemical or Mechanical), Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline,
• Well versed in Planning software, i.e. Microsoft Project and Premavera P6
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably turnaround projects
• Certification in project planning and scheduling would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
