• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Admin role or desk bound office role

Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Positive & proactive attitude.

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

• Perform Metal Material Testing
• Assisting R&D on metal material science on applications
• Investigating and provide failure analysis
• Provide Heat Treatment Parameter Studies
• Investigating Production Issues
• Developing prototypes and innovative solutions to problems
• Perform and evaluate analyses of metal samples

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline with at least 3 years working experience.
• Knowledge in metallugical and heat treatment is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skill with ability to work with people of different level
