Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to senior management and visitors.
• Assist with meetings set-up/tear down.
• Ensure pantry, meeting rooms, shared spaces, furniture are clean, neat and tidy at all times; trash are not overflowing and emptied.
• Upkeep of crockeries, cutleries, utensils and pantry equipment (microwaves, refrigerators, water dispensers, coffee maker).
• Ensure ample supply of pantry consumables, top up where required and monitor/identify consumption patterns.
• Report equipment issues and discrepancies of received goods.
• Disinfect high touch points (door handles, meeting rooms).
• Purchase lunch for office staff.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance to relevant government regulations and company’s quality, safety, health and environmental (QSHE) policies, practices and procedures at all times.

The VP of Engineering (Frontend) at Kasagi Labo is responsible for transforming short and long term business goals into technological realities. While providing leadership to a global team of engineers, you will oversee all facets of the technological stack to ensure confidence that our technological resources are able to meet the company’s short and long-term goals.

You will work alongside the other departments (Business Development, Product Management) in short iterative sprints to deliver on the product roadmap. A successful VP of Engineering must be able to maintain constant alignment with all other departments within a fast-paced environment to ensure efforts are directed efficiently.

As a Software Engineer (R&D) Intern, you will be part of a world-class, skilled engineering team developing state of the art measurement solutions which help athletes reach their full potential. You will:

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site construction daily work for project and liaising with the consultants, vendors, contractors and customers.
• Prepare Presentation slide, MSRA, micro schedule, look ahead plan, daily/monthly report during construction & T&C stage
• Oversee/ manage/ monitor/ control/ reporting site activities of sub-contractors and coordinating on site level with other partners’ sub-contractors.
• Conduct construction, QAQC inspection/ testing for the area of responsibility
• Attending all relevant WSH activities such as Safety site walk, TBM, audit, safety stand down etc
• Interact with project technical supports for relevant site work and liaise with other engineer during project execution and commissioning work.
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders related to assign construction activities responsibility.
• Manage equipment package (when needed) and ensuring technical compliance from suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate on site logistic, interfacing with cranes, machineries.
• Prepare technical submissions of proposal (when needed) including drawing, layout and interacting point requirement.
• Independently chairing / leading the sub-contractor meeting and attending any stakeholders, client, partners, authorities meeting whenever is required.
• Any tasks or jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in design, construction or operations
• Familiar with process engineering, mechanical system and their standards in related discipline is an advantage.
• Related working experience in thermal power plant, process industries and mechanical handling equipment is an advantage.
• Having correct working attitude and will be full time working on site.
• Experience in BIM and hands-on AutoCad operating will be preferred
• Knowledge in engineering, planning and design software will be an advantage
• Will be required to work on shifts, and on Sat and Sun with leave in-lieu arrangement.
• Willing to work in Tuas.

Qualification Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.. Minimum 3 years of experience in Painting. Either; NACE Level II coating inspector or TWI/BGAS grade 2 painting inspector. Familiar with codes ANSI, SSPC, ASTM, NACE, AWWA, ISO, AS etc. Responsibilities: To review Coating Procedure Supervise the Contractor and Subcontractor Activities to Implementation of various Customer Specification during production process To monitoring and Controlling all Contractor and Subcontractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will quantify the strength of the bond between substrate & coating). To review & verify with Client all works completed successfully and ensure that Report/Record as Per Client Specification and Fabrication Procedure. Controlling and Evaluating all the Quality Control activities during all the painting activities To Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and InHouse Calibration of Equipment o Final Inspection coating prior shipment. To review & compile All Field Blasting and Painting Record for Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) or Project Documentation for turn over document to Client.
