As our Engineering Manager , you will lead our team in product development, design, and innovation in water treatment technology. This pivotal role involves translating client needs and R&D findings into practical engineering documents and innovative products while supporting the business development team.

What you will be doing

Product Development and Features:

• Lead the design and development of new water treatment products, focusing on process design, automation, and mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Continuously improve existing products, incorporating client feedback and technological advancements.

Team Management and Development:

• Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company vision.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Client-Centric Design:

• Work closely with clients and the operation team to understand their requirements and incorporate these into product design.
• Liaise with the R&D team to transform research findings into viable, market-ready products.

Collaboration with Business Development:

• Assist the business development team in creating technical proposals and presentations.
• Provide technical expertise in client meetings and product demonstrations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop strategic plans for the engineering department, focusing on long-term technology development.
• Ensure the engineering team’s projects are aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Significant experience in water treatment, oil & gas technologies specially in engineering department and product development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong process driven mentality and detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation and a desire to positively impact the world, and an interest to make a difference in the water space

Inspects, maintains and repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and casement units.

* Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.

* Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

* Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.

* Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

* To carry out air conditioner maintenance, servicing and repair works

•Troubleshoot error code and malfunctions of air-conditioning system

•Ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience

Education not much required, But Preferred overseas experience.

Willing to work on rotating shifts,

Able to do hardworking,

Willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.

Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.

Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
