Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a high-pressure leadership role.

2. Must have deep knowledge in Electrical Works & Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Works also.

3. Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

4. Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.

5. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management.

6. In-depth knowledge in a field of Construction, Electrical, Plumbing & ACMV works, coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

7. Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties.

8. Must be able to travel to sites using public transport; if company transport not provided.

9. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Installation: Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and wiring as per the company’s standards and technical specifications.
• Electrical Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, components, and circuits, using a variety of testing equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations, codes, and company safety protocols at all times.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of electrical systems.
• System Upgrades: Assist in the upgrading or replacement of obsolete electrical components and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work done, as well as any changes to system designs or installations.
• Night Shift Coverage: Provide support during night shifts as needed, ensuring that electrical systems are operational during off-hours.
• Emergency Response: Be on-call to respond to emergency breakdowns or electrical faults during nights or weekends, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial automation systems, control circuits, and programming languages such as Python, C, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, fieldbus protocols, MCCBs, contactors, and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working at stations in overseas locations.
• Willingness and ability to travel and be stationed in developing countries and work in high stress environment and multitask.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marine equipment training and work in the marine field.
• Knowledge or experience with Dual Fuel (DF) Engines is a significant advantage.
• Required skills to communicate with customers for Sales and technical assistance.
