• Resource and Capacity Management- Oversee infrastructure resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal service delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor and maintain security controls, addressing any vulnerabilities proactively. Reporting and Documentation Provide detailed service delivery reports, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and incident metrics.
• Responsible for the operation CAPEX & OPEX such as Asset management update (CMDB), software & licenses renewal, hardware maintenance renewal, vendor supports review & renewal

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in IT / Software / Engineering fields
• Min 12 years of experience in IT service delivery management; project and program management; resource and vendor management; client and stakeholder management; problem and incident management.
• ITIL 3 & 4 certified

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will take on an active role in evaluating, enhancing, and consistently refresh the IT/Engineering curriculum design to integrate technology and pertinent educational resources.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Review, design and regularly update IT/Engineering curriculum to integrate current technology and relevant learning tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Perform painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to ensure a quality appearance.
• Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
• Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
  • To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
  • To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
