A Master Scheduler plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex schedules and ensuring efficient operations within an organization. You will responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES

· Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability.

5. Teach and personally demonstrate how to erect stirrups, install and bind rebar.

6. Check the size, quantity and spacing of steel bars. Ensure the quality of completed rebars meets the requirements of consultant's Specification and PE Design Requirements.

7. Following RE or RTO on site to carry out the inspection and rectification the defect, then hand over to the concrete supervisor for concrete casting.

8. Achieve efficiency targets set by the company and site Project Manager.

9. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to the project manager before the end of work.

Job Specifications

1. Passed the test of steel bar skills of BCA. Qualified BCSS certificate.

2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings, Basic drawing recognition skills, able to read the material list and drawings of BBS.

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· Preparation of tender documents & quotation and submission to client.

· Continually seek new opportunities and too increase customer satisfaction and well relationship with client.

· Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with Clients & Sub-contractor.

· Manage construction activities including planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of installation and construction works on site.

· Maintain good quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.

· Provide project estimation cost, analysis reporting for ongoing cost, manage allocation of costs.

· Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule

· Drive the work force with friendly relationship.

· Responsible for material procurement, subject to the client approved specification and on time requirement to site.

· Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internal and clients’ progress meetings.

· Prepare risk assessment and method of statements.

· Solar projects experience is added value.

Job Responsibilities :

• Formulate and develop Company’s safety policy and procedures
• Assist and enforce sites to implement site health and safety plans
• Perform health and safety audits on sites
• Conduct periodic health and safety training for site personnel
• Maintain Company's health and safety statistics and records
• Liaise with Government Agencies on health and safety issues, application of factory permit and other safety statutory requirements for compliance by sites
• Investigate all accidents which occur and recommend appropriate health & safety measures to prevent their occurrence
• Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on all site safety matters
• Ensure the Occupational Health Safety management programme are effectively implemented and maintained
• Conduct and plan safety training awareness programme

Job Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
• Independent with good communication skills
• Possess ECO Certificate (NEA)
• Familiar with Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
• Certificate in WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health level C
• HDB Experience required
• 6 days work week from 8.00am to 5.00pm
