Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized University
• Strong knowledge of international design codes, Classification/Statutory Rules, and Regulations.
• Possess Engineering Design and Project Management skills
• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills to manage assigned team members and other stakeholders
• Strong experience in Naval architecture, Structure, Outfitting, Accommodation design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Aveva Marine, NAPA, Microsoft office, Rhino 3D, CFD software knowledge
• High proficiency in 3D modeling skills using 3D CAD software will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years’ experience in engineering design in Marine/Offshore/Oil & Gas industry or Classifications Societies

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the safety, health and environmental matters in the project.
• Work closely with project team & contractors to mitigate and control all high risk hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time.
• To identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice is carried out in the worksite.
• Implement and monitor environmental, health & safety management system on site.
• Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain of documentation for all EHS issues according to ISO.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with MOM, NEA and EHS regulations.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on all environmental and safety issues.
• Support all in-house EHS initatives.

Requirements

• Diploma / any equivalent professional qualification related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety
• Active registration with MOM as WSHO
• Minimum 5 years employment in similar capacity in construction or engineering environment previously.
• Possess good understanding and experience in preparation, review and maintenance of ISO9001/14001/45001 management systems.
• Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player to complete assigned goals and targets timely.
• Able to function effectively in construction sites

Responsibilities and meticulous in preparing, negotiating and reviewing various company contracts such as subcon contract, purchases and sales.

· Manage claim verifications for projects.

· Possess strong analytical skills to analyze contracts, aiming to reduce costs and maximize profit while ensuring compliance with legal regulations

· Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and Managers.

· knowledge of MS Office and office management software prefers.

· Possess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and management.
