The Laboratory Officer will be responsible for the efficient operation of the vapor deposition lab, focusing on both physical vapor deposition (PVD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques. • Perform circuit analysis, run simulations, create schematic drawing and PCB layouts, and produce wiring programs using respective softwares
• Design, develop, and execute testing and investigation methods / procedures for circuits, technology, modules, and devices with the use of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Prepare engineering sketches and specifications, design and test documentation, product specification or Bill of Materials (BOM), and product development timeline
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure design manufacturability and testability
• Keep updated on technology and regulation development

Requirements:

• Good understanding of electrical engineering codes, electronic systems, component materials and safety standards
• Possess hands-on experience using design and calculation software
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptualisation ability
• Strong interest in technology
• Ability to think outside the box and manage complexity

Job Duties

• Attend to sales queries and prepare quotations
• Assist to generate sales documents like DOs and POs.
• Assist with data compilation and other sales support-related work.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Check and update the stock in and stock out accordingly

• Offering assistance in store room management (inventory management)
• Offering assistance in company contract arrangements (non-project related)
• Assisting in recruitment related tasks, such as job posting, resume filtering, interview arrangements, etc.
• Assisting in foreign worker recruitment, including but not restrict to work pass application and accommodation arrangements.
