Job Descriptions:

• Based on the tender documents and tender drawings, come up with the project BQ with the assistance of the project engineer based on site conditions, do cost estimations

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is performed according to specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field is preferable.
• Possess a valid driving license is preferable.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD) is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Responsible for developing, reviewing, revising, maintaining, and implementing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System.
• Review all risk assessments to ensure compliance and carry out revision if necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safe practice and legal compliance
• Investigate all incidents in the workplace and carry out corrective actions
• Carry out regular EHS inspections and audits
• Conduct fire and emergency training for all employees
• Liaise with statutory bodies on EHSS-related licenses and permits and keep updated on the latest change in regulations and Acts and be conversant with all waste management regulations, procedures and licensing requirements
• Promote health and safety at workplace through campaigns, competitions, contests, activities etc.
• Regularly update to management of EHSS performance and the continual improvement plan.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field (e.g., Health, Safety and Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety)
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in the construction and engineering industry
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations and local legislation system
• Excellent skills in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001 audits
