Job Description

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of progress reports, Method Statements and technical submissions
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
• 3 years of Civil Engineering experience
• Organised, meticulous, with positive work attitude and sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
