Job Responsibilities:
Be fully responsible for day-to-day operations, ensure refilling kiosks performance and provide leadership to team members and peers.
Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, anticipate exceptions and introduce effective measures to mitigate disruption(s).
Identifying new initiatives to meet business objectives, optimize resources, driving the resolution of issues and holding self and team accountable for results.
Lead or participate in multiple objectives concurrently, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities and ensure efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths and managing stakeholders’ relationships.
Prepare annual business budget, monthly business performance reports and presentation for Management.
Close monitoring of market pricings, propose corrective measures and ensure annual and monthly business budget are met.
Responsible for managing of Projects from time to time in planning, overseeing, coordinating with people, processes from conception to completion of the assigned projects. Project management will require to deliver on timely manner, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
Job Requirement:
Degree level or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience of leading, managing, and developing teams;
Experience working in oil & gas business(es) and displaying strong evident to handle day-to-day operational and manpower demands is an added advantage;
Proven relevant experience gained in energy-related industry, ideally within the sustainable and/or renewable energy sector;
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally internally and externally, including external negotiation;
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills;
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan the workload;
Strong written and presentation skills, an eye for details;
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is an advantage;
