· Work with Director & Project Team to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects. Investigate and resolve or refer as appropriate disputes/complaints in accordance with contractual requirements in a timely manner

· Oversee overall planning and execution to ensure optimization of resources and manpower and invoicing at the end of a project

· Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy.

· Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.

· Value completed work and make progress claims.

· Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.

· Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

· Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD’s.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience:

· Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.

· Minimum 5 years of related working experience in residential and industrial projects.

· Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.

· Good knowledge of Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.

· Ability to use software tools for costing and budgeting.

· Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible

· Good communication and facilitation skills.

Job Scope

Project management and coordination work.

Preparation of engineering drawings and documents.

Liaising with suppliers on technical information and procurement of items.

Liaising with clients on technical clarification & project matters etc.

Coordination of project shipment.

Attend to site supervision during project installation.

Planning of engineers’ schedule, and support commissioning.

After-sales support on issues raised by clients.

Requirements

Proficient in 2D AutoCAD drafting software.

Experience on 3D drafting software (eg. Inventor) will be an advantage.

Have understanding on Piping & Instrumentation is a plus.

Prior experience in Project handling is a plus.

Good team player personality, and able to work independently.

Moderate travelling overseas (eg. Indonesia / Malaysia) is required.

(Travelling frequency is based on project basis, average overseas trip ard 2-4 weeks per trip).

Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronic.

• Identifying and resolving remedial requirements on all systems
• Quoting and undertaking project work as required by the client

Requirements:
