• Review, design and regularly update IT/Engineering curriculum to integrate current technology and relevant learning tools
• Develop, conceptualize and refine storyboards, transforming them into dynamic interactive content and comprehensive training materials
• Design, develop and update e-learning content that cater to diverse learning needs
• Conduct & facilitate training sessions on a weekly basis
• Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) certification.
• Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering / IT.
• At least 2 – 5 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development and Training practices.
• Working knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5 and rapid content creation tools will be advantageous.
• Candidate should have great interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
