Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in software engineering field or related discipline
• Good knowledge of python, Node.js, docker, mongodb
• A good understanding of AI model like yolo4, yolo3 egs.
• Worked on AI or/and cloud solution before will be preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Close job batches, update quotes, and manage billing processes
• Documents scanning/ retrieving for both internal external customers as needed
• Responsible for data collection
• Handle order requests and track backordered items with inventory updates
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Maintain workplace standards
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevantfield of studies
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Admin experiences

- Prefer with construction industry background (Architectural)

- Able to work under stress and independently

- Able to converse in English & Mandarin

- Assist project manager in site planning and supervision works.

- Coordinate with sub-contractors on site works

- Ensure that works are carried out in accordance to required standards

- Prepare documentation for submission purposes

- Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).

- Coordinate and site management on status and changes of approved projects.

- Develop and execute projects with the project department and including engineering, procurement, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants.

- Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project

- Conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications

- Perform other project engineering and project management related duties
