· To implement warehousing/finished goods management to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, handling and storage of materials and assemblies accordance to ISO9001 and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy.

· To ensure warehouse activities are efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.

· To manage good receipts, resolving discrepancies, to maintain required safety stocks

· To generate Monthly Inventory Report to Finance Department.

· To ensure all material/inventory is correctly accounted for, reporting delivery discrepancies and organizing regular stock takes.

Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.

• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.

• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.

• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.
