Job description:
-Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
- Provide estimates of containers repair after surveying
- Inspect and evaluate containers quality and safety, and is in accordance to criteria
- Perform random QC checks in repair bay
- Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers
-Attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier reconciliation meetings
- Ensure delivery of work before deadline
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Having minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant sector is beneficial
- Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Able to read and write in simple English
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
- Can work well in a team
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Possess good work attitude
