Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of MRO materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely store MRO materials and equipment in the warehouse following proper guidelines.
• Implement proper labelling and categorization systems to ensure materials are easy to find.
• Process orders for maintenance parts and equipment requested by maintenance or operational teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of required parts to avoid delays in maintenance or production.
• Assist with sourcing and negotiating the purchase of MRO materials as needed.

Job Purpose:

The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Manager in overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR and Admin operation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters

· Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HR information system

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging workstations, and other necessary preparations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable

• Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.
• Ensure all documentations are well received, invoices tally with delivery orders and ensuring payment are promptly issued within credit term.
• Generating of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
• Ensure payment are immediately entered into the Accounting System upon payment.

Accounts Receivable

Sales operation management

Job Objectives/Job Summary :

As a BIM Modeller / drafter, he/she has to be in-charge of preparation of drawings using relevant software platforms; i.e. AUTOCAD / Revit, etc., develop BIM modelling, BIM execution plan & implementation, coordination of design & technical related matters with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of works.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
