· Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project

· Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.

· To carry out site supervision and installation of plumbing & sanitary pipe work.

· Analyse jobs and work order requests to plan material, labour, and time requirements and provide costs estimates when required

· Works under pressure.

· Cleaning in site properly.

· Willing to work construction project may be long hours.

· Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required.

· Site Cable pulling works at renovation works.

· Planning to carry on site work and attend the entire site meeting.

· Conduct site safety meeting on regular basis.

· Site work and attend inspection with RTO.

· Painting of ducting materials where its need & all other painting works.

· Mixing of painting and other pigment to make colour.

· Painting with hand brass and roller to make painting area smooth.

· Hacking of concrete wall. Removed hacking materials from site to removing tong.

· Preparation of cementing works. Mixing concrete with sand/cement/stone/water. Cary it on site.

· Dismantled sanitary pipe.

· Removed ducting material /sanitary material/ etc.

· Preparation painting for building wall by sanding or other cleaning tools.

· Installation glass and aluminium frame of the building.

· Removed or renovation of old glass and aluminium materials.

· Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC other relevant qualifications. Candidate no need of fermal education if he working experience more than two year.

· Work at height certificate.

· Ragger/signalling certificate.

· Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities

· Able to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines

· Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.

· Possess the relevant safety certifications like BCSS a plus

Job Description:

• Using the ERP system to create PO & analyze stock level.
• Support internal coordination between different departments.

-Follow up & update of orders lead time to Sales & Production Team.

• Supply Chain and Cost Management

-Coordinate with local & overseas Vendors.

-Plan and manage resources to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring availability of materials while minimizing excess inventory.

-Monitor all purchases & follow up on orders lead time closely.

-Coordinate delivery of purchased goods to office.

-Communicate with suppliers when issues arise (eg. shortage, overcharges, and defects of materials).

-Source new suppliers for materials and services, expanding the suppliers base.

-Obtain competitive quotes and drive cost-reduction.

-Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/services.

-Conduct supplier’s performance review to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Technical Procurement and Documentation Management

-Ability to understand Bill of Materials and Technical Drawings for procurement purposes.

-Providing correct technical information in accordance with datasheet for new item creation in ERP system.

-Proper archive of calibration certificate and software license information in our server.

• At least 2 years’ experience in procurement, with electrical engineering background (knowledge/experience).

TENDER-CONTRACTS and PURCHASE ORDER T&C REVIEWS

• To conduct Tender-Contract Review and provide Lookout List and address all recommendations and queries.
• Review and comment on tender analysis prepared by project stakeholders before it is presented to the Client.
• To conduct Material PO T&C Review and advise

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT & DISPUTES

• Provide contractual advise or interpretation when required (SG and Overseas)
• Support all BUs in highlighting critical requirement and any deviation in compliance with terms & conditions from pre-contract stage to project closure
• Assist all BU/Dept in highlighting any deviation in the terms and conditions of Contract
• Ensure proper project close out of Projects and any contract related requirement
• T provide support in all Contract Matters (SG and Overseas)
• Assist Project teams/BU's in highlighting any critical requirement and deviation in compliance with terms and conditions of main contract.
• To assist in preparation of Variation Orders and Extension of Time documents
• Draft correspondences (letters/notices/requests etc) whenever required
• To support in all Claims and Disputes (SG and Overseas)

SUBCONTRACT

• To liaise and float request for proposals to bidders and obtain necessary quotation
• To assist that requestors are familiar with the sub-contracting processes.
• To assist in monitoring and reviewing project subcontract activity
• To assist in negotiation of short listed subcontractor(s) to the lowest or best price.
• To assist in negotiating better payment terms for services and subcontracts
• To assist in monitoring Procurement Subcontract Control List
• Provide liaison assistance between project team and subcontractors
• To assist in coordinating all necessary documentation for subcontract agreement
• To assist in negotiation in coordination with project teams in any discipline
• To assist in drafting project subcontracts as per project basis which is complimenting to the respective main contract
• To assist in review of subcontract deviations from vendors
• To provide contractual advice or interpretation as and when required
• To assist with project team on short listed subcontractors
• Assist in reviewing proposals and work scope of subcontractors
• To develop SOP guidelines and to provide guide and trainings
• To assist in expediting of bi-monthly subcontract planning list to meet required schedule

Reports:

• Submit monthly contracts report at first week of the month.
