• Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner
• Coordinate with Contractors, Stakeholders, Authorities, Interfacing Contractors and the like on execution of works

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on C&S works for various LTA MRT &HDB building/infrastructure projects
• Contract duration is for up to 36 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer the company phone in a polite and welcoming manner, and direct calls to the relevant employee

• Schedule appointments and meetings for various employees • Take minutes of select meetings for future reference

• Compile and send emails, memos, letters and faxes

• Help to prepare company reports on a weekly, or monthly basis

• Scanning paper documents such as contracts into a company database

• Craft an effective filing system for maintaining easy access to files • Keep employees up-to-date with company policies and procedures

• Place stationary orders for the office, and find new cost-effective suppliers

1) Plan machining by studying engineering drawings with understanding of General Dimensions / Tolerances.

2) Programming by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tools and parameters.

3) Handle all CNC machine related mechanism

4) Verify settings with measurable and First-Off parts against drawings

5) Ensure safe operations and handling at all times

6) Practice preventive maintenance on machines

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), mechanical & electrical or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, DRAWING INTERPRETATION
• Specialized in Engineering - Civil Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and manage the civil and structural or M&E projects.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub contractors.
• To ensure and maintain high standard of work, safety and good work productivity.
• Other adhoc duties as and when directed
