The Drafter is responsible for creating detailed electrical drawings and schematics for our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for SMRT projects, including wiring diagrams, electrical panel layouts, and system integration plans.
• Interpret technical specifications and engineering designs to create accurate and precise drawings.
• Update existing electrical drawings based on design changes or project modifications, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Job Description:

As a DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing and overseeing the integration of DfMA principles with Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows. Qualifications:

Job Description

1. In charge of the Customer Response Centre (CRC) to provide 24/7 POC and planning support for 3P airlines.

Requirements:

• Min O Level and above in related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role

• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Auto Count)
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Job Description:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and the main contractor for all steel-related drawings.
• Participate in the design process, coordinate technical aspects, and prepare specifications and plans, working closely with Project Managers, QS and Engineers to ensure the timely submission and approval of technical drawings.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet all design specifications, standards, and project guidelines.
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings and cutting list, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized document control systems and filing procedures.
• Take on additional duties as required to support the project's needs.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in preparing shop drawings, with strong proficiency in Tekla Structures, Autodesk Advance Steel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp software.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience (experience in structural steel detailing is a plus).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project teams and colleagues.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for vendor sourcing for construction materials from international and domestic markets

To assist in reviewing and preparing contractual documents for material purchase

To review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply and pricing options to generate quote comparison sheets

Familiar with construction material and specification

To maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines, etc.

To maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data as necessary

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma qualification

Has 5 years or more experience as a Procurement officer or an equivalent position

Possesses good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to assess problems and come up with strategies for better solutions

Possesses good written and verbal communication skills

Able to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively

Has a good eye for detail
