1. To source for Supplier to rent or purchase of machineries and spare parts.
2. Co-ordinate with PE to Renew Crane & Excavator LM Cert.
3. Oversee the repair & maintenance of company’s machinery.
4. Issue Purchase Order to Supplier (Rental & Purchase).
5. Coordinate between Site Personnel and Supplier for the delivery/off-hire/repair of machineries.
6. Responsible for the collecting DOs from site for processing of payment.
7. Compilation of Cost of Machinery Rental for Monthly Report.
8. Checking and calculation of Machine Operators Timesheet.
9. Perform other procurement duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.
Job Requirements:
3 years working experiences.
Relevant certificates
Microsoft Office (Basic office software)
Experience in Purchasing
