Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems,

- Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems.

• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Willing to do night shift if required.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support as needed
• Assist in organizing and managing files and documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Assist in event planning and coordination
• Provide support for HR and finance functions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Monitor stationeries / office supplies in the project site and liaise with the office administrative team as needed for replenishment of supplies
• Administer claims with client/ Main-contractor/ Sub-contractor as applicable with regards to progress claims
• Timely preparation of timesheets and expense reports for site personnel, payroll processing, and project site

Requirements:

• Obtain Minimum "O" / "N" Level
• Currently pursuing in Business Admin or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Google Docs Editors (Documents, Sheet, Slide)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Other responsibilities and duties may vary depending on school requirement.

Engineer/Assistant Engineer (Software Programmer)

-Knowledge in electrical schematics

-Knowledge in PLC Programmer, SCADA and HMI

-Experience with Omron, Keyence, Siemens and/or Allen Bradley

-C/C++ knowledge would be advanage

-Have interest in Programmer,creative in HMI Design

-Ability to Travel Overseas at short notice
