Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in bricklaying and construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and shop drawings.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.

• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and handle manual labor tasks when necessary.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment maintenance.
