Position Responsibilities:

• Will handle and drive cyber security risk-based audit assignments and reviewing adequacy of processes and procedures of the business.
• Will involve in audit investigations, governance, risk and assurance matters relating to the safeguard of the Organization's property and staff safety / security.
• Conduct test of controls, compliances and best practices in policies and procedures.
• As a Senior level, this will also serve as the technical lead and in-directly provide assistance, coaching and guidance related to their work output.

Position Requirements:

• Must have Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cyber Security related or IT related equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of working experience in Cyber Security Audit capacity (External and/or Internal environment with versatility of industries handled (eg: Manufacturing, Technology, High-Tech, Transportation)
• Strong proficiency in PC applications, MS Office, ERP systems, Software tools.
• Certifications in CISSP or CISA, cyber-security related is a must.
• Confident and Business level command in communication.

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

What you'll be doing

• Implement cybersecurity measures for medical devices across including securing IT interfaces and maintaining detailed documentation
• Conduct site surveys to locate and recover missing medical devices, escalating issues to site teams as needed
• Install Real-Time Location System (RTLS) tags on medical devices, ensuring accurate tracking and thorough documentation
• Support the team with administrative tasks and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous documentation and adherence to standards
• Identify and secure physical IT interfaces on medical devices, including USB, video, and Ethernet ports, as part of cybersecurity measures
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives
