· At least 2 years of relevant experience in systems implementation or managing systems or continuous improvement projects, with a focus in end-to-end Record to Report, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes.

· Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules, budgeting or group consolidation tools will be an advantage.

· Specific knowledge of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPm), SAC Planning and SAP BPC or experienced in data migration of above-mentioned processes preferred.

· Good understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, performance management and group consolidation or experience leading systems implementation will be a plus.

· Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural and matrix reporting environment.

· Good team player, self-motivated with positive working attitude

Job Description

1)Responsible for developing a sales strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, including identifying target markets and customers, creating marketing and sales campaigns, establishing sales targets and goals, and driving revenue to achieve sales targets.

2)Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the APAC region.

3)Responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels, such as email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and conferences.

4)Conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.

5)Responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.

6)Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7)Work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct static and dynamic reliability tests in the lab inside cleanroom.
• Assemble HDD manually and run drive level testing.
• Able to do minor trouble-shooting on chambers, measurement equipment and spin-stand testers.
• Follow the daily activity assigned by engineers and managers.
• Compile testing/ failure analysis results and send to engineers for review.
• Ensure compliance to ISO Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate environmental chambers and measurement equipment, like Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscope and Optical Surface Analyzer.
• Conduct reliability tests on spin-stand testers.
• Perform necessary failure analysis using measurement equipment on post-tested recoarding heads and media.
• Able to work overtime to cover the other team members, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Able to handle tiny parts carefully by using a tweezer in the lab..
• Knowledge on mechanical and technical trouble shooting and equipment set up is preferred.
• Knowledge on operation of various measurement equipment
• Well-verse in discussing and presenting design work across to the team; open to giving and receiving feedback
