6. Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse

7. Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organisational knowledge.

Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast detailing coordination works for building projects as contractor or precast manufacturer.
• Experience in PBU and PPVC projects would be preferred.

Competencies and Skills Required
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office. TEKLA/ BIM Software experience is added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge in precast concrete products for residential or industrial building projects.
• Reinforced concrete structural detailing skills, detail presentation skills, communication and analytical capacity
• Knowledge in interpreting architectural and structural drawing for building projects.
• Communication skills with ability to express profile and steel detailing challenges.
• Ability to plan, organize and work independently.
• Proactive at exploring external references to improve job performance
• Promote team works to achieve common shared objectives
