The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong preference for experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore’s SPPG (Standard Provision for Roadworks and Streetworks) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of projects according to specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Project Office and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Actively participate in project management meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Manage project teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in line with company and client requirements.
