Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full stack developer, backend development (using ASP.Net core), frontend development (using HTML/CSS, JavaScript or similar) and mobile app development (using Xamarin or similar).
• Database design and manage (using SQL or similar).
• API Integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug application.
• Basic setup and troubleshot of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of network devices.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in SQL database design and optimize.
• Relevant experience in development of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), notification system and payment system will be a plus.
• Knowledge in PLC/SCADA, ladder diagram, and electrical drawing will be a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills & positive working attitude, team player.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Able to support night shift.

Quantity Surveyor roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
