Responsibilities:

· Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Documentation of method statement and work procedures

· Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as scheduled

· Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Preparation of design construction drawings

· Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

· Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

· Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

· 3 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred but fresh graduate may apply

· Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

· Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment

• Electrical Installation & Maintenance – Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Safety Compliance – Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Routine Inspections – Perform regular inspections to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems.
• Equipment Repair & Replacement – Repair and replace faulty electrical components and equipment.
• Emergency Response – Provide support for emergency electrical repairs during night shifts, ensuring minimal downtime.
