Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, calibration, and testing of instrumentation and control systems
• Conduct functional and performance tests for instrumentation and control systems
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during commissioning and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to commissioning activities

Pre-requsites:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning instrumentation and control systems in power plant or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation and DCS
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Project Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at designated pick-up points)

Duties:

- Planning and execution of project plans at construction site

- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing

- Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.

- Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission

- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers

- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule

- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget

- Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager

- Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given

- Make sure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.

- Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep a updates copy in site office and head office

- Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.

- Any other adhoc duties assigned by Project Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Carry out inspections of all roads and road-related facilities.
• Report defects picked up during inspections.
• Report immediately to the Supervisor and the Project Manager any incidents or defects posing immediate concern, safety or inconvenience to the public.
• Submit daily reports on the condition of the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities to the Authority.
• Minimum 3 years experience in civil/ structural engineering works or other engineering equivalent.
• Able to recognize and identify defects on the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities.
• Good knowledge of repair methods for defects identified on roads and road related facilities.
• Minimum qualification --- Degree in Civil

Daily Attendance Tracking:
