Duties:

• Operate CNC machine.

• Able to sets up jigs, fixtures and tooling required for machining process.

• Able to write simple programs for CNC Milling machines

• Able to interpret technical drawing and familiar with drawing symbols

Requirements:

• NITEC/ITE/Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Precision/Tool and Die Engineering or equivalent

NITEC / ITE / 机械工程文凭或相等文凭

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of CNC machining experience in Precision Engineering

• Able to read and interpret blueprints

Job will be site base and sometimes under the hot Sun (ROOF TOP/FOOTPATH)

* To arrange site tools box meeting before start works

* To allocate the works among workers as per site work schedule/progress

* To ensure all the installation works as per approved shop drawings

* To closely monitor site progress and update to superior time to time

* To attend site coordination meeting

* Work must be stand by supervision and (monitor all safety rules & regulation) until worker working at site

* Working Hours as per MOM rules and regulation

Requirements:

• Minimum SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE OR EQUIVALENT
• Min 5-10 years’ experience in TILING LAYING at construction project
• AutoCAD & Singapore driving license preferable
• To be able to work long hour and day/night shift

Salary Range:

S$2500.00-4900.00

• Reports to Project Manager
• Overseeing and directing construction projects in terms of MEP part
• Coordination with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities
• Coordination with other site department (Construction team) to resolve discrepancies & technical issue to ensure project completion on time within budget
• Checking MEP deliverables of Project requirement and ensuring achievement of quality standards
• Supporting Construction Manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (MEP drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule
• Reviewing and comment MEP sub-contractors’ submittals and drawings
• Select MEP equipment and track inventory
• Liaise with the client, PM and consultant
• Preparing & conducting progress report and technical meetings for MEP works
• Reviewing MEP Engineering team member performance periodically
• Participate in any WSH-related campaign and activities when required. (WSH Inspection, TBM, etc.)
• Participate and/or advise to formulate WSH control measures with the Risk Assessment Team (RAT) for assigned duties.
• Ensure the activities comply with the local Authorities’ quality, environment, health & safety requirements and Clients’ General Specification
• Overall responsibility of Electrical Section for the Project

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineer or related
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in A1 MNC Construction firm for high rise building projects is mandatory for this position
• Proficient with the construction Industry System and be able to discuss it with HQ from Korea and Branch office
