Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Construction Management (Minimum)
• Additional Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equilvalent
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and CAD applications (Minimum)
• Minimum 3 years in MEP

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Good in Cost management and data analysis
• Time management and organisation
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Good negotiation and problem-solving
• Able to work under fast paced environment
• Proficiency in English (Chinese & Malay is an advantage)

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate Skill in Microsoft office (E.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

- Overall lead, supervise & Manage of team for Plumbing & Sanitary installation works and construction project

- resolve engineering issues

- attend meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, clients, consultant, and authority

- submit reports

- attend inspections with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

- prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

- prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

-manage of project cost for the assigned project

Verify and update supplier invoice, prepare and process payment to supplier

Processing of payments
Assist with billing and transactions
Updating and maintaining documentations
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

Assist in financial year-end closing preparation and attend to auditor (annual audit)

Assisting in HR and Admin work, ad-hoc work as required

· Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering with experience are welcome

· Outspoken personality, able to work independently as well as a team player in pressurized environment

· Transport provided in Boon Lay
