We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Director specializing in Security Access Control Systems to lead our project management teams across four distinct sub-lines: Operations Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) Projects. This role requires strong leadership in directing project teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee project management teams within the security access control business.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and methodologies to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
• Monitor project progress regularly to identify risks, mitigate issues proactively, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including clients, senior management, legal teams, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strong customer management throughout project lifecycles, maintaining positive relationships and effectively managing expectations.
• Conduct thorough project reviews and audits to assess project health, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated project issues and legal matters, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and legal developments in security access control systems, integrating insights to enhance project delivery capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Masters in Business Administration will be advantageous.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in project management within the security access control systems industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including legal teams and clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to security access control systems.
• Experience in financial management, resource allocation, and risk management within project environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to achieving results and driving continuous improvement.

Duties

• Create CNC programs, plan tooling & fixture for Mill & Turn machining
• Generate routing processes in ERP system
• Estimate machining cycle time each routing processes
• Perform technical planning and specification of the production process
• Production schedule, loading & capacity
• Liaise with customers for technical and specification require
• Establish PMP (Process Management Plan) as per customer requirements
• Analyze existing capacity & resources and propose for optimizing utilization
• Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures
• Review existing processes and establish the best machining processes
• Propose new ideas for continuous improvement
• Mastercam / Solid cam

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision Engineering
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field preferred
• Strong in technical skill and able to read mechanical drawing
• Possess knowledge of CNC & CAD programming, Solidwork/Solidcam, Mastercam
• In-depth knowledge of machining processes
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Handles multi-tasking and stress well

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods from the batching plant to customer sites, providing excellent customer service.
• Unload goods at designated job sites within the specified time frame.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned trucks at all times.
• Ensure mixer drums are free of hardened concrete.
• Perform visual checks on concrete slumps and follow standard procedures.
• Conduct truck maintenance according to the maintenance checklist at planned intervals.
• Deliver delivery orders (Do's) to customers, ensuring they are signed and returned to the plant.
• Perform additional tasks as instructed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a truck driver in the logistics department or a similar role.
• Valid Class 4 Driving License.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GPS usage and route planning.
• Solid understanding of truck driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Quick decision-making skills.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and good at time management.

Duties:

• Operate CNC machine.

Job will be site base and sometimes under the hot Sun (ROOF TOP/FOOTPATH)

* To arrange site tools box meeting before start works

* To allocate the works among workers as per site work schedule/progress

* To ensure all the installation works as per approved shop drawings

* To closely monitor site progress and update to superior time to time

* To attend site coordination meeting

* Work must be stand by supervision and (monitor all safety rules & regulation) until worker working at site

* Working Hours as per MOM rules and regulation

Requirements:

• Minimum SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE OR EQUIVALENT
• Min 5-10 years’ experience in TILING LAYING at construction project
• AutoCAD & Singapore driving license preferable
• To be able to work long hour and day/night shift

Salary Range:

S$2500.00-4900.00
