The School invites applications for two non-tenure-track Senior Lecturer/Lecturer positions in Computational Systems and Engineering.

Position Description
Applicants should have at least a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science/Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree and extensive industry or vocational experience may also be considered. A strong background and teaching experience in one or more of the following areas is required: Software Engineering, Computing and Programming (Python, C, Object-oriented Programming, and Assembly Language Programming), Microprocessor, Computer Architecture, Internet and Mobile Services and Applications, Database Systems, Web Applications, Wireless Communications, Computer Communication and Networking, Cyber-Physical Systems, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, AI and Machine learning, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining/Analytics and Natural Language Processing.

Fresh PhD graduates would be considered but preferences are given to candidates with relevant working/teaching experience in universities.

Responsibilities
The successful candidates are expected to teach courses in the fields of Computational Systems and Engineering at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• Assist the management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Assist and handle monthly payroll calculation
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued etc.);
• Match purchase orders, deliver orders with supplier invoices.
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

• Reports to Design Manager
• Develop CAD drawings and coordinating of design drawings with the Client / Consultants to comply with requirement of the authorities
• Reviewing project specification, technical clarification and construction drawings
• Assisting for liaison with the Client / Consultants to obtain clearance for the construction works
• Shop drawings submission to client/consultant for approval
• Overseeing and assisting the design review process to include maintaining accurate and timely design review databases
• Assisting progress report for Architectural works
• Assisting design manager with the Architect, Structural design team and M&E design team to resolve discrepancies issue and technical issues
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience in building projects for main contractor firms
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, BIM, Revit
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical skills and the ability to use design software
