• Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and
• implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent
• To liaise with client, consultant and specialist subcontractors for project execution if required
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required
• Review and report on the progress of architectural works
• Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely
• Assist in ensuring that all architectural construction requirements are incorporated into the site construction
• To assist in construction administration process by attending site visits if required
• Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions

Job Requirements
