Duties to Be Performed:

The Senior Structural Engineer will work on Civil, Structural designs to support all life cycle of a projects from feasibility study to design and up to as-built of industrial buildings and structures. The Structural Engineer will work together with Architects to design, detailing of R.C.C & steel structures and Underground RCC structures of semiconductor fabrication plants, electronics plants, biopharma plants, and other industrial projects.

The Senior structural engineer will produce structural design, design options, design calculations, assessment of design options, scope of work, and specifications for industrial projects to meet the functional requirement. The structural engineer will work together with the BIM modellers and drafters to prepare designs, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules and details for submission of drawings.

The Senior structural engineer will attend the design and permitting meeting with clients, consultants and contractors, and will verify the design submittals from other consultants and contractors. Requirements

Job Description

· Tube fitting work in Oil & gas systems.

· Able to read schematic drawings to perform the installation work

· Check all components and Size tube fittings according to schematic drawings

· Perform component Layout , Install components and carry out interconnecting tubing considering proper layout

· Knowledge of tube bending and installation activities – Example - Cut , deburr clean , bend , Install etc

· Check all tubing work which are single tubes and group tubing

· Proficient in the use of tools of the trade

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic and advanced machine electrical wiring works.

Develop electrical testing fixtures and carry out machine testing and verification.

Attend service calls for technical support.

Troubleshoot problems on the service site and replace/repair defective parts before deadlines.

Perform safety checks and inspections to ensure safe, effective, and reliable equipment.

Determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations by studying the plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering/Mechatronics or equivalent

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Best with experience working in a machine assembly environment.

Knowledge of drawing software (Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc) is an added advantage.

Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, regulations, tools, equipment, and materials common to mechanical & electrical trade

Possesses skills to install, repair, and maintain all types of electrical system equipment and components.

Class 3 License is preferred.
